NEF has been an active member of the Russian–German Foreign Trade Chamber since 2015. This helps NEF associates and lawyers always stay current on any issues facing foreign investors in Russia and take part in shaping the Russian–German Foreign Trade Chamber’s agenda in liaising with the Russian Federation’s legislative and executive authorities.

NEF is accredited with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation as an independent expert authorized to perform expert anti-corruption reviews of regulations (certificate № 1787 issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated 23.08.2013)
