Representation of the Client’s interests in the Arbitration Court of the Vladimir Region on the claim of the Administration of municipality for recognition real estate objects belonging to the Client as unauthorized buildings and their demolishment. These real estate objects were built and put into operation in the mid-90s of the 20th century. The rights to them were registered in 2008. The claim was filed in October 2015.
​Significance of this case is due to the ambiguity of the legal regulation of issues of development and use of land plots in the period from 1968 to the present. The case is complicated by the presence of a protected status of the land plot, as well as a wide range of persons participating in the case, since during the specified period, significant changes have occurred in the legislation and in the structure of state and municipal government bodies and their competencies.

At the request of the plaintiffs and their third parties, a forensic examination was appointed and conducted. The results of the examination did not confirm the arguments of the plaintiffs and third parties about the illegality of the construction and the impossibility of preserving the disputed real estate objects.
