Representation of the client’s interests in the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region (and subsequently in the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region) in a dispute over the recovery of a penalty under the client's claim against JSC Compact (third party — PJSC JSCB Svyaz-Bank) and a counterclaim of JSC Compact.
The dispute was considered under a general construction contract for the construction of a new passenger terminal of Kurumoch Airport.

Significance of the case is due to the large amounts claimed by the parties for recovery, as well as the legal complexity of the dispute related to many construction and technical issues, a huge volume of documentation generated by the parties during long-term cooperation under a general construction contract.

NEF’s role was limited to analyzing materials about the dispute at the pre-trial stage, supporting claims work, preparing and filing a claim, drafting the necessary procedural documents within the framework of the trial, as well as directly representing the client's interests in court hearings.
