Representation of the client’s interests in the Moscow Arbitration Court, as well as in the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal and the Moscow District Arbitration Court within the claim of Refservice JSC against the client for termination of the work contract and return of the advance payment, as well as the client’s counterclaim for termination of the contract and compensation for damages.

Significance of this case is due to its legal complexity connected with the intricacy of the long relations between the parties under the disputed contract (since 2008), improper execution by the parties of several important documents and the resulting significant risks for the client, the presence of a comprehensive forensic technical examination within the framework of the trial.

Our role was limited to full legal support of the specified case, including analysis and drafting of all types of procedural documents, preparation and filing of the client’s counterclaim, representation in court hearings in all judicial instances, full support of the client within the enforcement proceedings.
