A company engaged in equipping wellness and spa centers

A participant and the general director of AQUALAND-SPA LLC illegally transferred shares belonging to two other individuals to the company and then to a third party. Our clients (two participants of the company who lost their shares in AQUALAND-SPA LLC because of these actions) asked for reinstating them in the rights of participants of the company, cancelling the changes to the statutory documents and for removing the director from managing the company. In court, we challenged all legal facts in turn, from the transfer of shares to the company to the change in the certificate of incorporation. The court decisions entered into legal force and later, we managed to build a convincing position for the notary and the Federal Tax Service, which allowed us to remove from post the unprincipled general director and appoint a new manager.
